R.S.V.P for Weddings is a basic and simplistic wedding planning program that would definitely assist any bride–to–be on with her wedding preparation. This software allows you to add guest’s names, address, email and phone number. Additionally, this software includes the most comprehensive list of formal titles we reviewed including Honorable, Governor and Reverend.

This wedding planning software includes a gift tracker, budget section, task list and suggested ceremony readings. The gift tracker is easy–to–use and the task list includes several suggestions to get a bride and groom ready. Although there is a budget section we could not add additional items to budget. It is a basic spread sheet with formatted fields. You could edit a line, but could not add a new one.

The vendor section is comprehensive and includes a section to include a business’ hours of operation, but they do not include a field for a web address. Additionally, the budget and vendor sections work completely independent from each other and you can not use the tab key to move from one field to the next.

We found this software did not include a seating, calendar or menu feature. All would be helpful in future versions.

Our biggest complaint about this software was the trouble we had installing it. We had to install this program on three computers before it would work properly. All three computers were the same make and model.

When we first installed it we received a prompt about Microsoft Infotech Local DLL and Storage System Library. It asks if you would like to replace this, we do not suggest replacing these files with the ones on the program. Then after the software was loaded on to the computers two of the three could not run the software. We are not sure why, but we would get a Microsoft error message and the program would shut down.
